Simplifying FIDIC: visual guidance for project teams

  • We developed visuals explaining core FIDIC roles - Engineer, Employer and Contractor. 

  • Used day-to-day and in workshops, the material simplifies abstract legal content into engaging visuals and actionable decision flows.

Clarifying AB18 with visuals that clarify processes and helps actors make decisions

  • Many small contractors in Denmark lack the legal expertise to understand and navigate complex contracts filled with legal jargon.

  • We’ve simplified this AB18 with visual flowcharts, icons, and timelines that clearly show causality, chronology, and key risks—making legal navigation easy for project parties.

CONTRACT

Visualising consultancy agreements for clarity and alignment

  • Translated a lengthy consultancy contract into a user-friendly visual overview that highlights key obligations, timelines, and dependencies. 

  • Result: better compliance, faster onboarding, and clearer expectations between client and consultant.

Bringing structure to complex tender material

  • Produced a visual map and thematic index for a complex construction tender package.

  • Helps bidders navigate hundreds of pages of material by quickly identifying where to find key themes like deadlines, evaluation criteria, and sustainability.

  • We visualised security and data processing requirements for suppliers to a public authority.

  • The graphic helps clarify expectations early in the process, supports dialogue, and ensures compliance with GDPR and IT security policies.

FOR ODENSE KOMMUNE

Clarifying social responsibility in public contracts

  • We designed a visual version of Odense Kommune’s labour clause to make social responsibility requirements more accessible to contractors and subcontractors.

  • Clear process flows and expectations strengthens compliance and improves dialogue with suppliers.
